Basketball Camps in Regina: A Guide to Every School Break
February break, Easter, Christmas and all summer. What each camp costs, who it is for, and what your child actually does between drop-off and pickup.

- Break camps are three days, three hours a day, $185. Summer camp is five full days, 9 AM to 3 PM, $350.
- Ages 7 to 17, split into three age bands so nobody is thrown in with kids years older.
- Every camp caps at 32 players, and camps fill first out of everything we run.
- Beginners are welcome. Most camps have a mix from first-timers to club players.
School breaks are the hardest weeks of the year to fill in Regina. The kids are home, the weather is often unhelpful, and there are only so many days of screens before everyone in the house is tired of each other.
A camp solves the week, and it is also the easiest way for a child to try basketball, because it ends before it can feel like a commitment.
The four camps we run
February Break Camp
Three days over the February break. Three hours a day, nine hours in total, $185.
Easter Camp
The same shape as February: three full mornings, afternoons or middays of basketball over the Easter break, $185.
Christmas Camp
Three days during the Christmas break, $185. The week between the holidays is long, and this is three days of it handled.
Summer Camp
The big one. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, five full days and 30 hours, $350 a week. Full days need a packed lunch. Thirty hours is genuinely long enough to change something in a player's game.
There are also Pro-Level Clinics for players who want a session with someone who has played the game at the highest level.
The age bands and times
Break camps run each age band at its own time, so a seven-year-old is never sharing a court with a sixteen-year-old:
- Ages 7-10: 8:00 to 11:00 AM
- Ages 11-13: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Ages 14-17: 2:00 to 5:00 PM
Every camp caps at 32 players. That number is not a marketing line; it is what lets coaches actually coach.
What a camp day looks like
It is not three hours of scrimmage, and it is not three hours of drills either:
- Skill development. Shooting, ball handling and finishing in small groups, with a coach correcting habits in the moment.
- Leadership and character. A dedicated block every day. This is the part parents email us about months later.
- Basketball IQ. Reading the floor, spacing, decisions — the part of the game that keeps working after the camp ends.
- Team tournament games. Players plan with their coach and then go and play real games.
- Competitions, prizes and daily awards for effort and improvement, not just for whoever is best in the gym.
Campers take home a shirt, and camps close out with awards and a pizza party.
What to pack
- A labelled basketball and a labelled water bottle
- Indoor non-marking court shoes
- Athletic clothing
- A snack — and a packed lunch for full-day summer camps
"Will my child be lost if they have never played?"
No. Groups are set by age and ability, coaches are on the floor the entire time, and camps are built so a first-timer and a club player both get something out of the same three days. A meaningful share of every camp is kids trying basketball for the first time.
A note on booking
Camps are the first thing we run out of. Spots are limited to 32 per camp, and the summer weeks in particular tend to go early. If you know which break week you need covered, that is the one to sort out first.
Everything else — leagues, weekly sessions, memberships — can be added later. Break weeks cannot be moved.
