Basketball Training Sessions
Basketball Training sessions are 1-hour and specialize in fundamentals like shooting, dribbling, scoring, defence, basketball IQ, mindset development, and scrimmages. We offer advanced and beginner only options so your athlete can thrive at their own level.
Each session requires 1 session credit.

Weekly Training Sessions offer the most complete way to find results on the floor. HoopLife's staff is dedicated to building confidence in our athletes, motivating them to reach new levels of success. You'll learn:
- Constructing new ball handling techniques to keep the basketball secure against pressure
- Improved shooting fundamentals that will quickly boost your shooting percentage and add range
- Develop high-value dynamic moves, adding to your arsenal to beat your defender
- Gain Basketball IQ through our in-game drill situations and competitive style of play




One of a Kind Training Sessions
Our 1-hour sessions emphasize key skills such as shooting, dribbling, scoring, defence, and game strategy. We offer tailored programs for both beginners and advanced young athletes, allowing each athlete to progress at their own level.
When Signing Up...
Both Advanced and Beginner Players can sign up for HoopLife Basketball Training Sessions! When you go to sign up, make sure your athlete is in the proper skill level. If your athlete is new to basketball or is still building up their Basketball skills and abilities, choose the Beginner sessions (Court B)! If your athlete knows the game well and is skillful, sign up for Advanced sessions (Court A)!
