How HoopLife Memberships and Session Credits Work

Credits, packs, memberships. Here is what each one actually buys, in plain language, so you can pick without guessing.

The short version
  • A credit books one weekly session: Skills Training, Girls Only or 3x3.
  • Rookie is $450 a quarter with 12 credits; Pro is $650 a quarter with 24.
  • The Family Pack is $650 for 20 credits a whole family can share, good for a year.
  • Every membership includes unlimited open gym and a camp discount.

Most of the confusion about HoopLife pricing comes from one idea: weekly sessions are paid for with credits, and everything else is bought on its own. Once that lands, the rest is simple.

What a credit buys

One credit books one weekly session — Skills Training, Girls Only or 3x3. One hour, small group, coached, finishing with live play.

Credits do not pay for camps, the league or Young Stars. Those are separate purchases.

The three ways to buy credits

Rookie — $450 a quarter, 12 credits

All twelve arrive up front, so you can use them at whatever pace suits your week. Includes unlimited open gym and 10% off camps. Renews every three months, cancel anytime.

The Pro — $650 a quarter, 24 credits

Roughly two sessions a week for a quarter. Same unlimited open gym, 15% off camps. This is the one competitive players use.

The Family Pack — $650 one time, 20 credits

The only shareable option: twenty credits any family member can use, valid for a full year. If you have two or three kids playing, this is usually the cheapest route.

Which one suits your family

  • One child, one session a week: Rookie.
  • One child, training seriously: The Pro.
  • Two or three kids, or an uneven schedule: the Family Pack.
  • Not sure yet: start with the $10 Get Started package and decide after.

The fine print, said plainly

  • A membership belongs to one named athlete and cannot be shared between siblings. The Family Pack is the shareable one.
  • Unused membership credits are forfeited at the end of the term — buy the tier that matches how often you will really come.
  • A booked session that is missed is used. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and whether the credit returns is at the front desk's discretion.
  • Memberships auto-renew until cancelled, and cancelling needs a form at least 30 days before the renewal date, in person or by email to regina@hooplifebasketball.com.
  • Memberships cannot be paused or frozen, and are non-refundable.

None of that is unusual, but we would rather you read it here than find it later.

What is not on a membership

The league is $450 a season, bought per season. Camps are $350 a week in summer and $185 for a three-day break camp, with your membership discount applied. Young Stars is $150 or $250 a term by age. One-on-one training is its own booking.

Full price list in one place: what youth basketball costs in Regina. And if the number is the obstacle, BOOST Kids exists so it does not have to be.

The coaches are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about each child's development. They take the time to break down skills, encourage effort, and build confidence in every player... The training sessions are well organized and very effective... You can really see the improvement in skills, teamwork, and overall understanding of the game after just a few sessions... We are extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend HoopLife Basketball Training to any family looking for a high-quality program where kids can learn, grow, and truly enjoy the game.

We signed up our 8-year-old son for the 3-month membership and have really enjoyed our experience. Logistically, I like that all the sessions are laid out in advance, so you can choose what works best for your schedule. It was a great experience for our son to have different coaches and play with different kids regularly. He really enjoyed the coaches! They were friendly, knowledgeable and really helped him to improve his skills. The facility itself is fantastic, and we're glad we gave this a shot!

Zane from Hooplife is such an amazing Coach. Our son, Keith, not just loves the sport, but he also loves the coaches. We feel very welcome and “at home”, there. They're very friendly to everyone. Also, the skills that they're teaching our son are very helpful for his development. Our son hopes to get accepted in a basketball club while training with HoopLife.
