  • Work 15 hours a week with a flexible schedule, giving your all to the mission, no task too small.

Who You Are

  • Zero ego—ready to serve athletes and the team with humility and heart.
  • Passionate about impacting youth—you’re driven to help athletes grow confident and successful through strength.
  • Qualified with a BKin, CSEP-CPT, or equivalent (mandatory), with a proven track record coaching diverse athletes at all levels.
  • CSCS or CEP certifications are nice to have, qualifying you for higher pay.
  • Skilled at building strength programs, with deep knowledge of fitness and athletic development.
  • In active athlete shape, able to demonstrate exercises and lead with energy.
  • A doer who owns every task, admits mistakes fast, and brings solutions, never passing problems.
  • Positive and encouraging, thriving in a fast-paced setting with an 11/10 standard.
  • Honest and direct, communicating with respect and uplifting athletes and families.
