HoopLife Elevate
Ages 14-17 Advanced Elevate Program is a 12-week basketball program designed for high-school athletes, allowing participants to train together to reach all High School and post-secondary goals. HoopLife will be incorporating weekly skill work on the court and in the weight room allowing athletes to see progression throughout the sessions from Session 1 - Session 12. With our high-level workouts that are specific to basketball athletes, we can ensure you receive quality training.

- 24 Sessions Total
- 2 Hour Sessions Year Round
- 1 Hour on Court Training
- 1 Hour Strength Training
- Fridays 8:00-10:00 PM & Sundays 9:00-11:00 AM

Elite Training for High School Players
At Elevate our primary focus is to enhance each player’s offensive & defensive skill sets through our high-intensity, college-level workouts. We focus on a well-rounded approach to skill development. Our expert coach will conduct a variety of drills, exercises, and workshops to improve participants' fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, defence, and more.

We believe that basketball is not just about individual skills but also about working together as a team. Through various team-building activities, group challenges, and friendly competitions, athletes will learn the importance of communication, collaboration, and sportsmanship. They will forge new friendships, develop leadership qualities, and gain a deeper understanding of the value of teamwork.
