Strength Training sessions are 45-min circuit experience that specializes in basketball orientated exercises to enhance the athlete's level of play
on the court.

What is Strength Training at HoopLife?

The strength training program is a course designed to help your athlete learn key fundamental movement patterns that will help them become better on the court. Our goal is to teach athletes how to correctly move their body and become more dynamic while playing the game. Strength training will help build a strong foundation for all of their future athletic goals.

Our strength training program will offer:

Progressive training programs that are updated every 8 weeks.

Certified trainers with knowledge and experience.

Smaller class sizes to ensure each athlete receives proper training
