HoopLife Elevate Training For High School Athletes
Ages 14-17 Advanced Elevate Program is a 12-week basketball program designed for high-school athletes, allowing participants to train together to reach all High School and post-secondary goals. HoopLife will be incorporating weekly skill work on the court for 2 hours allowing athletes to see progression throughout the sessions from Session 1 - Session 12. With our high-level workouts that are specific to basketball athletes, we can ensure you receive quality training.

Elite Training for High School Players
At Elevate our primary focus is to enhance each player’s offensive & defensive skill sets through our high-intensity, college-level workouts. We focus on a well-rounded approach to skill development. Our expert coach will conduct a variety of drills, exercises, and workshops to improve participants' fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, defence, and more.

On-Court Skill Development
Athletes spend dedicated time improving core basketball skills including shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, and defence through structured drills and guided instruction.

Each session includes strength work designed specifically for basketball athletes, helping improve performance, movement, and overall athletic development.
