Strength Training sessions are 45-minutes with the focus of improving an athlete' performance on-court. Our sessions are designed to engage your athlete and provide mentorship on key areas for improvement, including strength, agility, and endurance.
Each session requires 1 session credit.

What is Stength Training at HoopLife?

HoopLife strength training is a program designed to help your athlete learn key fundamental movement patterns that will help them become better on the court. Our goal is to teach athletes how to correctly move their body and become more dynamic while on the court. Our program will help build a strong foundation for all of their future athletic goals.

Our strength training program offers:

  • Progressive training programs that are updated every 8 weeks.
  • Smaller class sizes to ensure each athlete receives proper training
  • Certified trainers with knowledge and experience
